First session

The session will typically include: Comprehensive Assessment: I will conduct a thorough evaluation, asking about the client's medical history, mental health history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. Building Rapport: I will focus on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, making clients feel comfortable and understood. Goal Setting: Together, the client and I will discuss treatment goals and expectations, prioritizing the client's needs and preferences. Individualized Care Plan: Based on the assessment, I will develop a personalized care plan that may include therapy, medication management, and other interventions. Open Communication: Clients will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns they may have about the treatment process.
