I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective psychiatric care tailored to each individual's needs. I am a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in the medical field. I also obtained my masters in psychiatric nursing in 2019 and am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Having worked with diverse populations of patients as Registered Nurse and now as a Nurse Practitioner, I am able to develop a better understanding of individual needs.
I have been working in outpatient psychiatric care since 2019 and have a wealth of experience caring for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, I believe that there is hope for everyone.
First session
During your first session we will discuss your history of symptoms, past treatment, current treatments, and develop a plan together for ongoing treatment.
Strengths

Ideal clients
I work with clients that have been struggling with any symptoms of mental health that has been negatively affecting their lives. It will take hard work to develop a plan of treatment, but if we both work hard together, I believe we can have success. I am able to prescribe most medications to treat mental health symptoms, but I am not able to prescribe stimulants for ADHD.
Treatment methods
Motivational Interviewing
Primary focus will be medication management during appointments. However, compassion focused motivational interviewing, and some Cognitive Behavioral therapy done.
