About me

I offer a safe, empathic, and caring space to talk openly about whatever you're experiencing, for whatever reason brought you here. Sometimes you may simply need someone who will listen without trying to fix everything. Other times, you may want help making sense of your thoughts and emotions, gaining a neutral perspective, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, or finding a new way to look at a difficult situation.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Intake sessions last about an hour and include an introduction to therapy, consultation of presenting problem, assessment results and follow up recommendations. Sessions after this are usually once a week and individualized to meet the client's needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Working with me can be a place to vent without judgment, feel heard and validated, process what you're carrying, and gain perspective from someone who isn't personally involved in your life. My goal is to help you feel understood while supporting you in reframing challenges, building self-awareness, and finding your way back to feeling grounded—wherever, and whatever, that means to you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a lot of experience with first time therapy clients. Entering into this self-reflective space can be scary but with someone empathic and kind to help you through it, you will feel supported and cared for. Whether you are facing difficulties with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, transitions, relationships, or just want to focus on your wellbeing, I am here to help.
