Naomi Simon
I am Naomi Simon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who is here to provide you with practical steps to improve your mental health. At my practice, I provide each individual with a sense of hope, and belief that they can move past, from whatever situation that they are facing. My passion is to help you either come out of your depression, control your anxiety, reduce your stress levels and/or heal from your trauma.
First session
When we meet for the first time, expect to experience a safe, nonjudgemental session, where you are leaving with practical skills that you can use in your everyday life.
Strengths
My greatest strength is that I provide honest feedback and tools that clients use to help them with handling their emotions, while they go through difficult changes in their lives. People who leave my sessions, often feel encouraged, equipped and show improvement in their mental health.
