Hillaree Merck

LCSW, 5 years of experience

Hey there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida State University and have been practicing for 4 years. I help young adults navigating gender identity, religious trauma, life transitions and mood disorders. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be heard, accepted, and believed no matter what issues or struggles you are currently facing. In addition, I believe that our life experiences can shape who we are and can influence how we react to certain situations. And by examining and processing these experiences we can better understand ourselves and our behaviors. My goal is to empower you through problem solving, interpersonal skills, and uncovering your authentic self. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to navigate areas in your life that you want to accept or see change, at a pace that feels right for you.
