"I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, while also incorporating tools such as inner child work, shadow work, and other modalities that promote deep emotional healing and personal growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming space where we begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you might have. I’ll also ask about your history, including past experiences, current challenges, and anything else you feel comfortable sharing. This session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort level. We’ll explore what approaches or techniques might resonate with you, whether that’s traditional therapeutic methods, holistic practices, or a blend of both. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we begin this journey together. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer idea of what to expect moving forward and feel confident about the path we’re creating.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to help people feel comfortable through my approachable demeanor, sense of humor, and nonjudgmental presence. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I work to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel safe to open up and be themselves. By fostering genuine connections and meeting clients with empathy and understanding, I create a space where growth and healing can happen naturally. My ability to balance lightheartedness with meaningful support helps clients feel at ease as we navigate their challenges together.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is someone who is open-minded and doesn’t mind their therapist incorporating spiritual elements into the healing process. They are seeking to heal past wounds, develop healthier coping skills, and create a more fulfilling and balanced life. This client values authenticity and is committed to their personal growth, even when progress feels challenging. They are curious and willing to explore unconventional approaches alongside evidence-based methods, trusting the process as we work together to uncover deeper layers of self-awareness and healing."
