Your love life has been feeling a little stale. The stress of the relationship is overwhelming. All you do is fight and argue. You don’t even know if you should stay or go at this point. They’ve been unfaithful and you’re unsure how to move past it and begin to trust again. The exhaustion from never having enough help around the house is so deep in your bones now. Then, he has the audacity to expect sex over a three minute chore that he didn’t even do right. She won’t stop nagging you over every little thing, and rarely puts out. Those step kids don’t act right! The leading cause of disappointment is unmet expectations; the leading cause of unmet is unspoken expectations. They are always letting you down when you need them most. I help couples of all kinds to reach new heights in their relationship through intentional work on enhancing communication, setting and maintaining boundaries, and revitalizing intimacy. Learn how to have your needs met in a loving and nurturing manner. Through a process of open and honest conversations within a safe environment, we address concerns in a direct manner while establishing healthy boundaries and expectations to help these relationships thrive. You will learn and practice the skills together to enhance communication, emotional regulation, intimacy, and conflict resolution. Call, text, or email to schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation. During that time, we will discuss your specific needs and exactly how I will address them in treatment. You've waited long enough to find a therapist that understands the complexities of relationships - don't wait any longer to begin your journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Before the first session, you will receive an email with a link to your client portal. This portal contains all the necessary intake paperwork and questionnaires to help me understand more about you and what brings you into therapy. The first session is for reviewing this information together to ensure clarity. After identifying your primary therapy needs, we will discuss how you want to accomplish these goals together. We will review policies and procedures and create a treatment schedule.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Couples & Relationships Individual Therapy Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy Techniques Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) Specializing in stress and anxiety disorders Neurofeedback & Biofeedback Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm a very direct type of clinician; I enjoy conversation. I'm an expert in "sneaking" therapeutic advice and psychoeducation into normal conversation. I've spent the majority of the past 4 years becoming an expert in telehealth services so that I can bring therapy to you, wherever we are. Come as you are, be who you are, and let me help you become who you wish.
