I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, and behavioral or school-related challenges.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, and behavioral or school-related challenges.

My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative, combining thorough evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve greater emotional stability, focus, and overall mental well-being.

First session

During your first session, we’ll review your concerns, mental health history, and current challenges. Together, we’ll identify goals for therapy, discuss your treatment options, and begin developing a personalized plan. You’ll leave with clarity on next steps, practical strategies, and a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions.

Strengths

I provide comprehensive evaluations and medication management using a collaborative, patient-centered approach. My strengths include supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, and substance use, while helping them build coping skills, improve focus, and achieve lasting emotional stability.

Ideal clients

I am best positioned to serve children and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, especially those motivated for change but feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or recovery needs and are seeking practical, goal-oriented support. I help them develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and strategies for relapse prevention, using structured approaches like CBT.

Treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary approach in my practice to treat conditions like anxiety, depression, and substance use. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I help patients identify negative thinking patterns and replace them with more realistic, healthier thoughts. In sessions, we work collaboratively on problem-solving, coping strategies, and behavioral changes, often with practical exercises to use outside of therapy. Overall, CBT is effective because it gives patients tools to manage their symptoms and maintain long-term emotional stability.
