Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be a time for me to get to know more about you and the challenges you've been facing. Through this session, I will gain insight on how to best help you in working through those challenges.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a genuine love for the work I do and I believe this translates to you feeling safe and comfortable to feel what you feel. You having a judgement free place to be vulnerable is a key piece to your healing and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults of all ages eager for change. You might not know where to start in your healing and I'm here to help with that.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

My use of psychodynamic therapy is an approach to aid in your understanding your behavioral patterns and feelings.

EMDR

I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This is similar to EMDR in that it uses eye movement. However, it's difference is that you do not have to vocalize your trauma or stressor. This evidence based intervention can often bring resolution to trauma within just a few sessions.
