Together, we will determine your specific needs and goals of treatment, explore healthy boundaries, increase self-confidence, and effectively learn to navigate and cope with anxiety and depression to increase your overall sense of happiness and self-worth. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You are the one that is in control of your treatment; I am here to help guide you through the healing process. I provide a uniquely self-leading space for clients to determine what their treatment needs are at any given time. I work to create an honest but challenging space for you to identify your needs and goals for treatment while also figuring out what does not positively serve you. In my sessions, you can expect to receive an objective, non-judgmental and supportive person that can not only challenge you and your thoughts but ultimately help you heal.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am passionate about empowering high-functioning individuals to overcome their "perfectionist" way of thinking that their anxiety causes them and overcome the burdening feeling of "never being enough" or "feeling out of control". Therapy does not necessarily need to be a linear process; needs can change in an instant and one of my strengths is connecting with individuals who need to talk through their struggles and stressors as they arise.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I primarily utilize CBT in my practice. I have helped dozens of clients change their way of thinking through this method, especially about how they view themselves. From this method, my clients are able to recognize how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected and influence their every day life and level of functioning. From here, we use this knowledge to create a more positive pattern of cognition and overall healthier wellbeing.
