What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You are the one that is in control of your treatment; I am here to help guide you through the healing process. I provide a uniquely self-leading space for clients to determine what their treatment needs are at any given time. I work to create an honest but challenging space for you to identify your needs and goals for treatment while also figuring out what does not positively serve you. In my sessions, you can expect to receive an objective, non-judgmental and supportive person that can not only challenge you and your thoughts but ultimately help you heal.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a variety of approaches, such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, parts work and talk therapy in an empowering, non-judgemental, and uniquely self-leading space.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am passionate about empowering high-functioning individuals to overcome their "perfectionist" way of thinking that their anxiety causes them and overcome the burdening feeling of "never being enough" or "feeling out of control". Therapy does not necessarily need to be a linear process; needs can change in an instant and one of my strengths is connecting with individuals who need to talk through their struggles and stressors as they arise.
