First session
In our first session, we will explore the core issues bringing you to therapy at this time and explore relevant life domains in order to gain a clear picture of what is going on and to create a plan to achieve the healing and growth you desire.
Strengths
I am an experienced, warm, genuine, and empathetic therapist with additional training and expertise in EMDR. With EMDR, clients report feeling a reduction in negative symptoms within two sessions. I also incorporate Polyvagal theory, CBT, and ACT.
Ideal clients
I truly love meeting clients where they are at and am open to working with a variety of clients with various needs including working through past trauma, adverse experiences, reducing anxiety and depression, and supporting clients in their relationships.
