New to Grow
I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or overwhelming life events, and who may be struggling with anxiety, mood changes, emotional regulation, or relationship difficulties as a result. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. TF-CBT allows us to gently process difficult experiences while building practical coping skills, strengthening emotional safety, and restoring a sense of control and resilience.
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to move at their own pace, develop insight, and reconnect with their strengths. Healing from trauma is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and emotionally safe. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity, allowing clients to show up fully without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins when people feel understood, and I work intentionally to build trust and meaningful therapeutic relationships. I am especially skilled at helping clients navigate complex emotions, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and issues related to identity and self-worth. My approach balances emotional depth with practical tools, helping clients gain insight while also developing strategies they can apply in their daily lives. Another strength I bring to Soul Sessions is my ability to hold space for difficult conversations with empathy and honesty. I support clients in identifying unhealthy patterns, setting boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and reconnecting with their sense of self and personal empowerment. Clients often describe me as warm, grounding, direct when needed, and deeply supportive throughout the therapeutic process. I also value culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, recognizing the importance of honoring each client’s lived experiences, identities, and personal story. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward healing, growth, and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or burdened by patterns you cannot seem to change. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, relationship wounds, or the weight of past experiences that still affect how you see yourself and others. Soul Sessions Therapy is a space curated with intentionality on honoring the depth and complexities of our lived experiences and the need to make sense of our world. That being said, I foster honest and compassionate healing and apply gentle pressure in supporting you on the pursuit of your healing while honoring all parts of you.
