I love connecting with my clients so we can work together to find what is going to be most effective in bringing you to where you want to be. Everyone has a unique perspective and their own way of seeing the world and the people in it. As your therapist, it is important for me to know you and for you to feel comfortable. Therapy isn't one size fits all and I strive to make sure this process is tailored to you and your needs.
I want all clients to come away from session feeling heard and validated, with useful tools they can begin implementing from the first session.
I work especially well with children and adolescents, couples, and people struggling with addiction.

I feel like she understands what needs to happen to help me through my issues but just finding an actual workable solution is where we keep getting stuck.

Sharon is the most wonderful therapist I’ve ever had. She’s always been there for me and knows exactly what to do in certain situations that I am not sure 😊. I highly recommend her to everyone!
