Eileen Woltman

23 years of experience
Solution oriented

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. I started my career working in Outpatient Addictions working with adults, adolescents and families exposed to substance use and codependency. After a decade of working in the field of addictions, I took the opportunity to start working with individuals struggling to establish interpersonal boundaries in romantic and familial relationships as well as those struggling with conflict in the workplace. Together we can: Develop skills at establishing boundaries by using clear communication to express your feelings and emotions without fear of disappointing others. Identify and honor your needs are so that you can improve your quality of life and and deepen relationships. Learn to protect your peace by saying no without the worry of damaging the relationship. Understand the value of your worth by taking control of your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by creating a safe and supportive space that allows you to reflect, heal and grow. My therapy style is non-judgmental, authentic, nurturing, and straightforward at times so that we can build a trusting relationship. In your first session you will get the support you need to share what you have been struggling with and we will work together to determine your goals for treatment and start your healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths as a provider come from being a Clinical Social Worker for 25 years and helping people struggling with so many different issues. I understand the feeling of disbelief that this is your life and you don’t know how you got there. I know the courage it takes to want to change and reach out for help. I will be there for you in the worst parts and the best parts of this healing journey.
