I work with Women and members of the Queer community who struggle with negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and the anxiety, stress, and self-doubt that come from feeling disconnected from their true selves. Through intuition, connection to nature, mindfulness, and supportive trauma and grief processing, I help clients understand their inner world with compassion and reconnect with their own wisdom. As we work together, they develop a grounded and authentic sense of self, grow their resilience, and step into personal empowerment, allowing them to live their truth and create more inclusive, meaningful connections in their communities.
In our first session together, we'll start with identifying what brings you to therapy, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to create a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions. Creating a strong therapeutic relationship is key to being able to utilize therapy to meet your goals. This takes time and we will work at a pace that is right for you.
Clients have told me they feel safe and heard. I am able to offer space for people to hear the stories they tell themselves to identify where they are holding themselves back. I work with clients holistically, integrating physical, spiritual and mental care to help them become their best selves. Clients appreciate the offer of a different perspective, the slowness of reconnecting with the body to allow improved personal understanding and empowerment.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is utilized to assist client with identifying negative thinking patterns and connected emotions. Clients are able to identify, challenge and change unhealthy patterns of thought.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
CPT is used to assist with trauma processing to assist client with stuck points that keep them from healing.
Grief Therapy
I assist clients in their process of grief and loss allowing space to feel grief and eventually find meaning in their lives.
Mind-body approach
The mind and body are connected and I assist clients with seeing the connection.

She's great! I feel like an actual person around her. It's not just the same-old-same-old stuff with medical jargon and stuff being thrown around and with a focus on immediately fixing everything - we take our time to understand stuff.
