About me

Hello, first to introduce myself, I am Ashley. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults ages 12 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, chronic illnesses, personality-related challenges, struggles with boundaries, and perinatal mental health concerns, including high risk pregnancies and NICU experiences. I also have experience working with survivors of abuse. Many of my clients are going through life transitions, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or noticing patterns that feel hard to change on their own. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I focus on building a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I offer practical tools for managing emotions, coping with stress, and navigating difficult moments with more confidence. Reaching out to start therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure what to expect or whether things can really feel different. My goal is to make that process feel a little easier. I have 9 years experience working in the mental health field, 7 of those as a therapist. I strive to offer a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment—and feel genuinely heard and understood.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will typically involve completing a diagnostic assessment. This allows for me to get a big picture of who you are, your life experiences, and your mental health journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are. While I aim to be warm and supportive, I also gently challenge you when it feels helpful for your growth and goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide therapy to individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, chronic illnesses, personality-related challenges, struggles with boundaries, and perinatal mental health concerns, including high risk pregnancies and NICU experiences. I also have experience working with survivors of abuse. My ideal client would be interested in improving their life circumstances, as much as their abilities allow. Sometimes people feel stuck and just need a little bit of guidance.
