Hi, I’m Beth! I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, personalized medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults. I believe mental health care works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. Many people come to treatment feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, or simply feeling unlike themselves. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what you’re going through while we work together to find solutions that help you feel better and regain balance. My approach to care is thoughtful and patient-centered. I take time to listen carefully, explain treatment options clearly, and work with you to develop a medication plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Mental health treatment is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe patients should feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their care. I work with individuals ages 16 through geriatrics and treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or looking for a new perspective on treatment, I’m here to help. New patients are always welcome. What to Expect in Your First Session Your first appointment is a 60-minute intake session where we will review your psychiatric and medical history in detail. This helps me gain a full understanding of your symptoms, past treatments, current medications, and overall health. We will also discuss your current concerns, treatment goals, and any questions you may have. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management and recommendations to support your mental health. Follow-Up Sessions Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and focus on medication management and checking in on how you are doing. During these visits, we will review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms, address side effects if present, and talk about life updates that may impact your mental health. Adjustments to medications can be made as needed to ensure your treatment continues to support your well-being. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your care.
