I work with adults who struggle to find restful sleep, feel drained and lack the energy to face the day, wrestle with self-doubt, or have been deeply impacted by trauma. Feeling alone in these difficulties is completely normal, but it doesn't have to be that way. I help people, just like you, overcome self-doubt, learn to sleep again, and move past traumas. I want to help you too. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with specialized training in Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, I guide clients in identifying their core values and creating a path toward their goals. Together, we’ll work to help you better understand your experiences and uncover practical, effective strategies to bring relief and insight into your daily life. To often clients wait years before seeking help, don't let that be you. Your symptoms do not have to continue to define your life. Let's start building a life worth living together.
First sessions are all about learning about you. I will be asking you a lot of questions to understand your past, what brings you into treatment, and what goals you want to achieve in our work. We will be getting to know each other better, and after the initial questions, we will create an initial treatment plan so that you know how our work is starting and the direction we are taking to your goals.
My approach is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I employ a broad base of tools around this approach that individualizes your experience. Additional approaches may include Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, In vivo exercises, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Insomnia (CBT-I), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
My greatest strength is breaking down complicated ideas into understandable and actionable concepts while building a comfortable space for us to work in. Everything I do is based on moving you in the direction of your goals and ensuring that you feel confident the entire way.
