I'm a nurse practitioner practicing since 2023. I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of health conditions. I work closely with individuals and families to promote wellness, prevent illness, and support ongoing health goals. My approach combines clinical expertise with compassionate care to ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and supported in their healthcare journey. As a bilingual mental health practitioner fluent in both English and Yoruba.

First session

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we take the time to get to know each other. We'll discuss your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and any goals or expectations you have for treatment. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms and how they’re impacting your daily life, and together we'll begin to develop a personalized care plan. This first session is about building trust and setting a foundation for ongoing, collaborative care.

Strengths

My greatest strengths as a provider are compassion, active listening, and a holistic, patient-centered approach. I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected, which helps build strong therapeutic relationships.

Ideal clients

I am best positioned to serve clients experiencing mental health challenges such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, and substance use disorders. I take a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that respects each person’s unique experiences and goals. My care focuses on evidence-based treatments, including medication management, supportive therapy, and collaboration with other providers to ensure a well-rounded, personalized care plan that promotes healing, stability, and long-term wellness.
