My goal is to help you make room for growth, healing, compassion, and happiness. Change can be challenging, and I value forming a therapeutic relationship where we can collaborate in setting goals that will assist you in the process. By you having a safe space, you will have more room to explore your thoughts and feelings so that healing can begin.

My treatment methods

Relational

Relational therapy examines connections and disconnections and how these impact current relationships. My goal is to create a safe and empathic setting so that you can examine your current stressors and interpersonal relationships. Examining cultural factors is also important. Alongside Relational Cultural Therapy I also incorporate CBT and Self-Compassion Techniques.
