I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Miami, Florida, and I work with young adults trying to navigate relationship stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling anxious, down, or just disconnected from yourself or others, I’m here to help you make sense of it all in a way that feels real and manageable. I offer virtual therapy across Florida, so you can show up from wherever you are—emotionally or literally. My vibe is warm, honest, and collaborative. We’ll dig into patterns, figure out what’s working (and what’s not), and build better ways to take care of yourself and your relationships.
After our initial consultation, we'll begin by reviewing your intake and exploring what brings you to therapy in more depth. From there, we'll identify meaningful goals and begin working toward them together. I incorporate assessment tools to help track progress, and we may adjust session frequency to support skill-building and independence. I believe progress isn’t always linear—sometimes growth looks like using your tools even when things don’t go perfectly. Through it all, you’ll have consistent support in a space where you can reflect, grow, and feel understood.
As a therapist, I bring a warm, collaborative approach that meets clients where they are. I focus on present-day concerns while helping connect the dots to past experiences or generational patterns that might be keeping them stuck. With 6 years in the field, I’ve found that blending honesty, realism, and a little humor can make the work feel both grounded and genuinely helpful.
My ideal client is an adult who's feeling the weight of relationship struggles—maybe things feel tense with a partner, a friendship’s gotten complicated, or family dynamics are just exhausting. It’s starting to take a toll mentally, showing up as anxiety, low mood, or constant overthinking. They’re ready to untangle what’s going on and feel more like themselves again.
