New to Grow
Hello there! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). I have practiced for 20 years. I help adults navigate anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges with compassion, practical tools, and insight. Together, we'll build on your strengths so you can feel more confident, connected, and hopeful about your future.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to accomplish. I'll answer any questions you have and explain how we'll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged.
In our therapeutic session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore challenges without judgment while developing practical tools for everyday life. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate and easy to talk to. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood. Therapy is a partnership. We'll work together to establish goals that reflect what's most important to you. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, navigating a difficult season, improving relationships, or building greater confidence, I'll help you develop practical tools that support lasting emotional wellness.
I provide therapy with adults experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges or everyday stressors. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to self-exploration, personal growth, and developing healthier ways of thinking and coping. My approach is best suited for clients who are willing to actively participate in therapy, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and practice new skills outside of sessions. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify negative thought patterns and beliefs that my contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or everyday stress. I help clients challenge unhelpful thinking, develop healthier coping strategies, and practice practical skills they can apply in their daily lives. My approach is collaborative, supportive and goal-oriented, empowering clients to gain greater self-awareness, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
