My passion is to help men & women who are losing sleep and suffering in silence from anxiety, depression, grief, fear, and past traumatic events. There are things that we’ve pushed down, ignored, or dismissed for years that finally need to be dealt with and let go. You can finally get the break-through and break-free to become the person you’ve always known you could become.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, which I call the intake process. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I specialize in helping people Release Trauma! These are stuck feelings that keep you from moving ahead or feeling like your “old” self. Many times we are keyed up and it’s difficult to turn our brains off. Everyone needs an Emotional Detox. This is a time when nothing else matters, when you can truly release past hurts from life’s challenges!

EMDR

Don't suffer in silence from anxiety, depression, grief, fear, and past traumatic events. I use bilateral stimulation to calm the nervous system and allow memories to become unstuck and reconnect neural networks across the brain.

Couples Counseling

I use psychoeducation to help teach coping tools and strategies. We also take a look at why we do what we do, say what we say, and behave the way we behave. This will allow the person to become aware of what lies beneath the surface and heal their emotional wounds which in turn will make for better relationships.
