During our first session, I will listen attentively to your concerns and we will work together to identlfy the problem, review solutions, and create sustainable coping mechanisms. My goal is to empower my clients to build resilience and develop tools for long-term well-being. I ensure that each client knows they are not alone in their mental health journey.
