As a therapist, I would describe myself as someone who is compassionate, caring, and nonjudgmental. Everyone has unique stories and experiences that have led them to where they are today. I am an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in both community-based programs and in private with individuals, couples, and families. It has been my privilege to work with clients -- who, as a result of relationship difficulties, trauma, or loss -- often experience stress, depression, or anxiety, which may stand in the way of them enjoying life the way they want and deserve to.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I'll gather information to help me better understand what you would like to accomplish in therapy. I'll ask questions about your background and current challenges to help me understand your situation, and we'll talk about goals for treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You will find that your needs drive the therapeutic approach I use to assist you in developing appropriate self-care strategies, coping skills, and more effective ways to manage life stressors and improve the enjoyment of your life and relationships.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Listen, I know change is challenging, and it takes a certain amount of courage and commitment to reach out for help. My ideal clients are ready to take their lives to the next level. I'm here to help you heal from past hurts and explore your desire for a stronger sense of self.
