Recently have embarked on obtaining a Doctorate Degree focused on Trauma Informed Practices.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe my clients are the experts in their lives and I'm here to assist. You can expect an open, honest, and transparent environment where humor and tears are welcome. This level of vulnerability allows us to engage in lasting change work clients are looking to engage.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Utilizing my training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, we'll use this approach to assist you in locating your inner strengths. We'll work as a team to change specific thoughts and reactions that can keep you stuck in tough times.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I usually work with individuals who are ready to make lasting changes and willing to work on their trauma. As our traumas are from lived experiences or intergenerational trauma, we'll start our journey together in the recent discomfort. We'll clean up any traumatic experiences that can hinder the current change journey you're embarking on.
