New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience. In my practice, my goal is to make the process of therapy as non intimidating as possible. If you are struggling with a difficult life transition or strained family dynamics, I am here to help. I can provide you with the tools you need to navigate whatever you are facing.
During our first session, I ensure that my clients feel heard and understood. It is very important to me that make sure that clients feel they can connect with me. I ask questions in a way that makes the session feel more like a natural conversation which helps put clients at ease.
My approach to therapy isn’t “by the books”. My clients often tell me that I am very easy to talk to. I am always honest with my clients and I like to help my clients to be more honest with the people in their lives. I am a proud mother of two girls. I believe that over the last ten years, my experience as a parent combined with my depth of clinical experience has shaped me into becoming the therapist I always wanted to be. I look forward to working with you !
My ideal client is an individual who may be feeling overwhelmed with life stressors or transitions. If you are unsure what type support you need, I can help you come up with a plan that works for you. Some specific populations that I enjoy working with include pregnant and newly post partum moms, older adults , and therapists who are seeking therapy.
