Eva White
My name is Eva White and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas, and for the past 18 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. I’ve worked with individuals and families facing stress and anxiety, navigating family or relationship conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and working through the everyday stressors and some of the difficulties of parenting. What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I approach every person with respect, compassion, and an open heart. Your experiences are unique, and I shape our conversations and treatment plan around what feels right for you—not a one‑size‑fits‑all approach, but something that truly fits your life. Reaching out for support is a deeply personal and courageous step toward the life you want. You don’t have to take that step alone. I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, and support you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.
First session
My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. During our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and recognize the strengths you already hold. I'm here to provide a safe, judgment‑free space where you can express yourself openly. Taking this step toward support is an act of courage, and it matters.
Strengths
My work includes helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, and the many challenges that come with parenting. I also work closely with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding your unique experiences. Seeking support is a courageous step toward creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. You don’t have to take that step alone — I’m here to support and empower you throughout your journey.
Ideal clients
Over my 25 years of practice, I have found that I am best positioned to serve adults, couples and families who are ready to move past the obstacles holding them back and actively step into a life of purpose, peace, and deeper connection. My practice is designed for individuals and partners who may find themselves facing: Exhausting 'Stuck Points' & Trauma: I work closely with my clients who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events. If you feel trapped by negative beliefs about yourself or the world, I offer a safe, collaborative space using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to untangle those thoughts and safely process the past. Marital Distress & Disconnection: I am deeply passionate about helping men and women navigate the seasons of marriage where communication has broken down. If you and your partner are caught in cycles of conflict, I provide an empowering, grace-filled environment to break those habits, rediscover emotional intimacy, and rebuild a vibrant foundation. A Desire for Forward-Moving Growth: I serve clients who are looking for practical, hope-centered relief. Utilizing Solution-Focused Therapy, we won't get lost in endless loops of past problems; instead, we will look at your unique strengths, focus on what is possible, and design actionable steps toward your preferred future.
