What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First session review background/history of mental health problems; history of medication used, any medical problems or history. The take away from initial session will be an understanding of illness and treatment plan.

Medication management only if agree together that it’s necessary Use PHQ9, GAD7 online screening for ADHD
