I am a nurse practitioner dual-certified in family and psychiatric care with over a decade of experience. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and related concerns, with a focus on helping you achieve lasting stability and meaningful progress. My approach is consistent and attentive—I listen carefully, remember what matters to you, and acknowledge your progress along the way. My focus isn’t just about prescriptions. While I specialize in medication management, I also integrate brief therapy techniques and holistic strategies into a medication-centered plan that fits your life. I take time to understand what’s meaningful to you and tailor treatment so it supports your long-term goals.

During your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where I will take the time to listen to your concerns and understand your needs. We’ll discuss your mental health history, any symptoms you may be experiencing, and what you hope to achieve in our work together. This session is about getting to know each other, so I can create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process, treatment options, and how I can support you on your journey.

I’m dedicated to understanding each individual’s unique challenges and working together to find personalized solutions. My background in both family practice and psychiatry allows me to approach mental health from a holistic perspective, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive care tailored to their needs. I also strive to be approachable and accessible, so clients feel comfortable sharing and confident in the care they receive.

I offer a supportive, patient-centered environment for clients seeking medication management in combination with learning coping skills and exploring solutions to their challenges. Please note: I am not a match for individuals currently receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use or those requiring multiple controlled medications. Additionally, I am unable to prescribe stimulant therapy for ADHD, but I am happy to discuss alternative treatment options.
