New to Grow
I’m Anabell Arias, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed, helping women understand the root of their patterns while creating meaningful, lasting change. Through EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, IFS, and trauma-focused CBT, I help clients feel more secure, regulated, and connected to themselves and their relationships.
Your first session is a safe, judgment-free space to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to change. We’ll get to know you, explore your concerns and patterns, and begin identifying what may be underneath your symptoms. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your goals and a collaborative plan for moving forward.
I bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine sense of safety to every session. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on getting to the root of patterns rather than simply managing symptoms. I combine evidence-based approaches with a deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create lasting change.
My ideal client is an adult woman struggling with anxiety, relationship patterns, emotional triggers, or the lasting effects of childhood trauma. She is self-aware, ready to understand the root of her patterns, and motivated to create meaningful change. She wants to feel more secure in herself and her relationships, regulate her nervous system, heal past wounds, and build a healthier, more confident life.
