I’m a therapist who works with children, individuals, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. I bring over 10 years of experience in the public school system, supporting children’s emotional and behavioral needs and partnering with families to strengthen relationships. I work with clients who feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure how to move forward, as well as those seeking deeper self-exploration. Using evidence-based approaches, I provide a supportive, collaborative space to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. You’ll have space to share your experiences, identify goals, and begin noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I will also introduce my approach and what ongoing work may look like. The process is paced collaboratively, with the goal of helping you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and oriented toward next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I integrate warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based care, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. Therapy focuses on strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and increasing self-understanding to support meaningful, lasting change, including greater resilience, improved relationships, and increased clarity and agency.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I meet clients where they are. I support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and emotional dysregulation. I work with both those who feel ready for change and those who are still finding their footing. Therapy is a collaborative process aimed at building insight, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering healthier ways of responding and relating. You are welcome here.

I focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, tailoring skills to real-life situations while balancing validation and growth.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by formal training, to help clients accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful action aligned with their values. I focus on mindfulness, cognitive defusion, and values-based living to build psychological flexibility and lasting change.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help children process trauma and build coping skills. I focus on emotion regulation, cognitive processing, and gradual exposure, while actively involving caregivers to support safety, healing, and resilience, with over 10 years of experience supporting children in the public school system.

Play Therapy

I use play therapy, informed by training, to help children express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through developmentally appropriate play. I create a safe, supportive space where children can communicate and heal.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
