New to Grow
I’m a bilingual therapist who helps adults feel less anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. My approach combines mind-body work, CBT, Jungian-informed therapy, and deeper emotional exploration to help clients understand their patterns, regulate their emotions, and create meaningful change. Together, we look at how your thoughts, emotions, body, past experiences, and relationships are connected. My goal is for therapy to become a space of transformation.
In our first session, we will take time to get to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to feel or change. I will ask questions about your current struggles, your history, your relationships, and what support looks like for you. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you do not feel judged. We will begin identifying patterns, goals, and the best way to work together.
I became a therapist because I believe people heal when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported. My work is especially meaningful with clients who want more than surface-level coping skills and are ready to better understand why they feel, react, or relate the way they do. I value therapy that feels human, honest, and emotionally meaningful.
I work best with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are trying to better understand their emotions, improve their relationships, build confidence, or move through a difficult life transition. I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and want therapy to help them feel more grounded, clear, supported, and connected to who they really are or want to be.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can feel more in control and create meaningful change. My style is warm, practical, and focused on tools that clients can use in everyday life.
Jungian
I use Jungian therapy to help clients explore deeper emotional patterns, relationship struggles, anxiety, and questions around identity or purpose. My approach is warm, reflective, and focused on helping clients gain insight, clarity, and a stronger connection with themselves.
Mind-body approach
I help clients understand how stress, emotions, and past experiences can affect both the mind and body. I incorporate emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-exploration to support healing, coping, and long-term personal growth.
