I'm pretty straightforward. I also have had varied life experiences that can cause stress and anxiety and can relate at a higher level to clients.
Teens and adults. While I love working with all ages, I find teens are the most influential clients I can serve. Adolescence brings a lot of stress that parents struggle to understand. Working with both parents and teens together, I assist with improving overall trust and communication.

Therapy is scary and sometimes not my thing but when needed it is important. Working with Elizabeth has completely changed that for me. She makes the experience not only bearable but valuable and helps me grow. She’s incredibly compassionate, down-to-earth, and knows exactly when to listen and when to push me to think deeper. If you’re skeptical about therapy or just haven’t found the right fit, I highly recommend giving Elizabeth a chance. She’s the real deal.
