I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Reality Therapy to help clients work towards meeting their mental health goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm pretty straightforward. I also have had varied life experiences that can cause stress and anxiety and can relate at a higher level to clients.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Teens and adults. While I love working with all ages, I find teens are the most influential clients I can serve. Adolescence brings a lot of stress that parents struggle to understand. Working with both parents and teens together, I assist with improving overall trust and communication.
