I work to empower and strengthen clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, suicidal ideations, substance abuse, and trauma related situations. My counseling style is respectful and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I have a strong belief in equality for all human beings and I want to help you learn to accept and love yourself for who you are.
