Hi! I am a multi-state licensed, Master's degree prepared, and experienced Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) across the lifespan. I have been an advanced practice nurse (APRN) in the Psychiatry field for 5 years. Prior to that, I was a nurse for 9 years. I help children, adolescents, young and old adult clients become the best versions of themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll briefly introduce ourselves, discuss yours and your family's history - both medical and mental, and then discuss your specific challenges. The information provided will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Treatment plans typically include medications, if desired, and additional actionable steps to aid in your progress.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is the five years of advanced nursing practice experience I have garnered across the lifespan. This experience has allowed me to hone and master the necessary skills to give exceptional care to my clients. My clinical interviews are methodical, as in orderly, and client treatment plans are evidence-based meaning they are backed by science.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children, adolescents, and adults seeking treatment to help tackle life's daily stressors, whether in the academic, social, or occupational setting. They may or may not have sought treatment before and their outlook is grim. They desire to be heard and would like help but often feel defeated, depressed, or exhausted due to lacking the tools required to overcome.

Simply amazing - Always makes sure to let me know we have options. Usually, I never hear the word options when it comes to my medical treatment, so it was refreshing to hear.
