Dr Michele was very helpful and listened to what I had to say. She gave me some suggestions that I could try and to do the things I like to do. She also suggested making a journal and writing a letter to my daughter about the things that bother me about how she treats me etc. I really appreciated her hearing me out and she made me feel very comfortable and feeling better. Thank You Dr. Michele!
