I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to working with young adults and adults who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck due to life stress, ADHD, OCD, grief, or other challenges. I use a supportive and structured approach to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients feel understood while gaining the tools they need to create positive and lasting change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your concerns, explore what you would like to work on, and begin identifying goals so that we can create a plan together that feels supportive, structured, and helpful for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my strengths is being able to provide a safe and supportive space while also helping clients stay focused on meaningful goals. I use a structured, skills-based approach to help clients understand what is contributing to their struggles and guide them in developing practical strategies that improve emotional well-being, increase confidence, and support positive change in their daily lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in my practice by helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and implement structured strategies to improve emotional regulation, behavior, and daily functioning.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) by helping clients develop psychological flexibility, increase awareness of their thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action aligned with their personal values.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) by helping clients gradually face anxiety-provoking thoughts or situations while learning to resist compulsive behaviors, allowing them to build tolerance to distress and reduce the impact of OCD symptoms.

Grief Therapy

I use grief-informed therapy to help clients process loss, express emotions safely, and develop coping strategies that support healing while adjusting to life changes.

Supportive

I use supportive therapy to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express their thoughts and emotions while receiving guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to cope with life stressors.
