During our first appointment together we will get to know each other, chat about your goals and what has been getting in the way. Collaboratively we will talk about a plan working together and I can answer any questions you may have!

I know what it is like to be in therapy. It is not easy to reach out for support at times so let's acknowledge this accomplishment. Together we will work to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore the toughest parts of life. I want you to bring your most authentic self to sessions. All parts of you are welcome!

I support folks who are not finding that their life is fulfilling. If you are noticing that particular thoughts or beliefs are getting in the way and limiting the life you want you want you can absolutely feel more empowered. EMDR

EMDR is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps people let go of the mental tug-of-war with their thoughts and instead focus on living a life that reflects their personal values i.e. go towards living a life of meaning and what is most important to us.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT looks to support people to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and turn less often to unhelpful behaviors.
