I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns that continue to shape how they show up in their lives and relationships. My approach is integrative and experiential, helping you move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change. I also support clients with end-of-life concerns and psychedelic integration, creating space for deeper understanding, connection, and transformation.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your current concerns, goals for therapy, and relevant personal, medical, and relational history. This helps create a clear starting point for meaningful, intentional work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is helping clients access and shift the deeper patterns that continue to shape their lives, even after insight has been gained. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet still feel stuck in recurring dynamics within their relationships, anxiety, or sense of direction. What sets my work apart is my ability to move beyond traditional talk therapy into a more experiential, integrative process. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic-based practices to help clients access both the emotional and physiological roots of their patterns. I create a space that is both grounded and direct, where you are supported, but also invited into deeper awareness and change. This approach allows clients to not only understand themselves, but to actively transform how they relate to themselves, others, and their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults (20–55) who are navigating relationship challenges, dating anxiety, life transitions, or a persistent sense of “something missing” despite external success. Many of my clients are self-aware and reflective but feel stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns. I also support clients facing end-of-life concerns, anticipatory grief, and existential questions, as well as those seeking psychedelic integration to make meaning of non-ordinary experiences and translate insight into lasting change. I specialize in individual therapy, couples therapy, and group work, integrating approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and relational therapy to support both insight and meaningful, sustainable transformation. I work best with couples who find themselves stuck in repeating patterns of conflict, disconnection, or miscommunication, especially when both partners care about the relationship but feel unsure how to move forward. Many of the couples I work with are insightful and committed, yet feel caught in cycles of reactivity, unmet needs, or emotional distance. I support partners in understanding the dynamics shaping their relationship, improving communication, and learning how to navigate conflict in a way that fosters connection rather than disconnection. I also work with couples navigating major life transitions, shifts in identity, or deeper existential questions that impact the relationship. Using an integrative approach, including the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based work. I help couples move beyond surface-level tools into more intentional, aware, and connected ways of relating.

My treatment methods

Gottman method

I integrate the Gottman Method as a structured, evidence-based framework to help clients better understand and shift the patterns that drive conflict and disconnection in their relationships. In my work, I focus on identifying cycles such as criticism, defensiveness, and withdrawal, while helping clients build skills in communication, emotional attunement, and repair. I use Gottman-informed interventions alongside experiential approaches, supporting clients in not only learning tools but also understanding the underlying emotional and relational patterns shaping their interactions. This allows for both immediate shifts in communication and deeper, more sustainable change in how clients show up in relationship.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a core treatment approach to help clients understand and work with the different parts of themselves that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In practice, I guide clients in identifying protective parts, understanding their roles, and building a relationship with these parts from a place of curiosity rather than judgment. Through this process, clients develop greater self-awareness and access to their core Self, which allows for more intentional responses, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. IFS supports both symptom reduction and deeper internal integration, which often translates into improved relationships and overall well-being.

EMDR

I integrate EMDR as a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to help clients process unresolved experiences that are stored in the nervous system and continue to influence present-day patterns. In session, I support clients in accessing target memories, identifying negative cognitions, and engaging in bilateral stimulation to facilitate adaptive information processing. Given my integrative approach, I often weave EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and relational work to support both top-down and bottom-up processing. This allows clients to not only reprocess past experiences, but also develop a more regulated, connected relationship with themselves and others.

Brainspotting

I integrate Brainspotting as a neurobiologically informed, bottom-up approach to accessing and processing trauma that is often held outside of conscious awareness. By identifying eye positions linked to activation in the subcortical brain, I help clients access deeper emotional and somatic material that may not be reachable through traditional talk therapy. I often combine Brainspotting with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic practices to support comprehensive processing and integration. This allows clients to move through deeply held patterns, regulate their nervous system, and create meaningful shifts in how they experience themselves and their relationships.

Couples Counseling

I approach couples counseling through a relational and systems-based lens, helping partners identify and shift the interaction patterns that contribute to disconnection and conflict. I incorporate the Gottman Method to provide structure around communication and repair, while integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness to explore the underlying emotional and attachment dynamics influencing each partner’s responses. I emphasize that not all conflict is resolvable, but how couples engage with that conflict is what determines the health and sustainability of the relationship. My goal is to help partners move from reactive cycles to more intentional, attuned ways of relating.
