With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are. Together, we work toward where they want to be—at a pace that feels safe and empowering. Many people carry perspectives placed upon them by others—labels, expectations, and narratives that have been accepted, owned, and internalized over time. My work centers on helping clients gently unpack those inherited beliefs and rediscover who they truly are beneath them. I support individuals in becoming familiar with themselves—not the version shaped by others’ perceptions, but the authentic self that exists beyond external definitions.
I approach each new client without expectations. I view the first session as an opportunity for both of us to determine whether we are a good fit—much like an interview. I understand that I may not be the right therapist for everyone, and I do not take offense if a client feels their needs would be better met elsewhere.
