About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate life challenges, emotional distress, relationship concerns, and periods of change while developing healthier coping skills, self love, and greater confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the concerns you would like to address, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, share at your own pace, and begin identifying goals for therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about our next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring compassion, patience, active listening, and a practical, strengths-based approach to each session. I meet clients where they are while also encouraging growth and accountability. I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can speak openly, identify patterns, build effective coping strategies, and work toward realistic goals that are meaningful to them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. They may be experiencing relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional challenges, or patterns they would like to change. I enjoy working with clients who want a supportive space to be themselves while gaining insight, developing healthier coping skills, building confidence, and creating meaningful change at their own pace.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, explore how those patterns may affect daily life, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. I also use practical coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and goal setting to help clients build confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes.
