I offer personalized psychiatric care through supportive in-person visits at my Lady Lake office, as well as convenient virtual appointments for clients across the state. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with practical, mild therapeutic strategies to support your overall well-being. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and sleep concerns, focusing on safe, effective medications and meaningful coping tools that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your day-to-day life. With experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, I provide structured, compassionate care designed to improve functioning, emotional balance, and quality of life. Your treatment plan is always individualized, centered on what matters most to you. In our first session, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we can take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and what led you to seek care. We’ll discuss your current symptoms, treatment history, and what you hope to gain from a combination of medication management and mild supportive therapy. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and develop an individualized, evidence-based plan tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful changes to help ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with the tools you need to face life’s ups and downs with confidence. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’ll be here alongside you, every step of the way.
