First session
Our first session will last about an hour and is focused on getting to know you. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and overall well-being so I can understand the full picture. Together, we’ll talk through what’s coming up and collaborate on a treatment plan that feels supportive and aligned with your goals.
