Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I am also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults and young adults navigate stress, depression, and anxiety to become the best versions of themselves. In therapy, I hope to create a safe space for you to share your experiences openly and without judgment.
In our first session, we'll begin with a short introduction, talk about what brought you to therapy and take a deeper dive into the challenges that have come up for you. You'll also have time to share expectations and ask questions.
