It can be hard to start the process of healing. I strive to provide you with a safe non-judgmental place to explore, heal, learn and grow. I have been a Mental Health Professional for 16 years, Registered Play Therapy Supervisor, Qualified Supervisor for LMFT/LMHC in FL and Approved Supervisor for LMFT, LPC and LPCC in MN. I am trained in EMDR. I provide therapy services for people as young as 12 years old through adulthood. I work with individuals, children and families to focus on building coping, honoring experiences, and building skills to help enhance life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Welcome to therapy! Our first session is focused on you and learning more about you and your needs. I will ask questions to make sure I get a clear understanding of you and you are welcome to ask your own questions as well. It can be hard to start therapy and starting with a support and caring can help.

I use a variety of treatment modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, Solution Focused, EMDR, Mindfulness and Play Therapy. I work with individuals and families or a combination of the two. Treatment is focused on your goals and needs via. I provide services via telehealth

I am a patient, supportive and tenaciously optimistic therapist who believes that people can heal, and grow. I have worked with clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. Your story and experiences are important. My goal is to honor those and your growth process.
