My name is Chloe and I am a licensed clinical social worker that has been working in the field for 8 years. I have been working with adults of all ages with main focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, and women's issues. I take on a trauma informed approach with all of my clients. I take a client focused approach to work on their goals and break the stigmas of Mental health and seeking therapy. It can be difficult to start the journey of exploring ourselves with mental health support and I am here to help support and guide folks through this process.
Our first session will be spent learning what you would like to learn work on and grow, we would focus on your expectations and goals of therapy and what it would look like for you to be successful with progress. I try to make clients feel comfortable when taking the big step in deciding on therapy!
My greatest strength as a provider is meeting patients were they are at. Therapy can be overwhelming and scary sometimes and my hopes is to make it as comfortable and less intimidating as possible. I like to put you in the drivers seat to their own mental health and am here to help guide and give clients effected tools to help you grow.
