I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) techniques to assist clients in identifying and correcting distorted thinking patterns that may be causing difficulties in their lives. Through this approach, I help individuals rationalize and make sense of their reality, improve their understanding of behaviors, develop effective coping mechanisms, confront and conquer fears, and cultivate a stronger sense of self-confidence and belief in their own capabilities.
