Hi! My name is Jessica Matthews and I am a licensed mental health counselor of 15 years, practicing in Florida. For the last 10 years I have been providing mental health treatment to college students in both Florida and Illinois, but I have experience working with all ages and populations.

I utilize a strength-based approach and often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness skills into my practice. First session
In our first meeting we will get to know one another and I will gather some background and important information for working together, along with your goals for our sessions.
