LCSW, 13 years of experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I understand that the decision to seek help takes courage and can feel intimidating, which is why my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and accepting environment where you can comfortably share your thoughts and feelings. I have worked with individuals of all ages, including those with disabilities, and my passion lies in helping others heal, grow, and find meaningful solutions.
During our first session, we will begin with introductions and explore the reasons you are seeking treatment. Together, we will identify your goals and create a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs.
My greatest strengths include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space and using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. With over a decade of experience in diverse settings, I bring flexibility and a broad range of skills to help clients achieve meaningful growth, healing, and positive change.
I take a client-centered approach to help you reach your goals and develop strategies to become the best version of yourself. My areas of focus include stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and relationship concerns. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused care to support growth and healing.
